Phyllis C. Richman is the restaurant critic for the Washington Post. Over two decades she has held that position as well as food editor, syndicated columnist, and author of restaurant guidebooks under her own name and for Gault-Millau. She is a member of Who's Who in American Food, the James Beard Awards Committee, and the Julia Child Cookbooks Awards Committee. Ms. Richman is now completing her first gastronomic crime novel.
