| La Comida Mexicana is an online cookbook, created by the University of Guadalajara, filled with traditional Mexican recipes. The 'cookbook' contains recipes for soup, eggs, meat dishes, vegetables, and salsas. Each entry includes pictures of the food, and a recipe written in Spanish. A history of Mexican cuisine is also included, along with classic recipes for pozole and birra (beer). | |||
