We have no idea what the favorite dish of Lars Windhorst or Helmut Kohl is, but one of our German favorites is Hasenpfeffer, a spicy entrée of braised rabbit. You might like to try it with Kartoffelpfannkuchen, potato pancakes. Be sure to save room for Apfelstrudel!
