We don't claim to be experts on this subject, but we do know that the way we eat influences the way we feel and probably plays an important role -- together with regular exercise, adequate sleep, drinking plenty of water, and a positive mental and emotional outlook -- in sustaining good health overall.
In that spirit, we wish to point you to a "healthy-eating" recipe for green lentils with spinach, garlic and ginger, the recipe of the week at Veggies Unite!, a 4-star site described in both the McKinley Internet Yellow Pages and the McKinley Magellan Internet Guide. Whether or not you're a vegetarian, a we think you'll enjoy this wholesome dish -- and you won't be doing your heart, blood vessels, or soul any harm by eating it.
