Southern Cooking

From the main site of the 1996 Olympics come two Southern recipes we'd like to share with you.

You've heard of Southern fried chicken, and you've heard of barbecue. Put the two together, add a couple of the best spices on your shelf, and you've got something really Southern: Mom's Ginger Barbecued Chicken.
